Support

Although we help our clients with the selection, installation, and, training on new or improved information systems, our service does not end at that point. Our clients count on us for day to day support, both for their information systems and their normal compliance requirements.

We only install software with which we are experienced, and, we always have a copy of the software installed on our own system. When the client calls for support, we can load the software and a copy of his or her database on our own computers, and, can then guide them hand over hand. As required, we will either install new upgrades directly on our clients own computers, or, guide them through the process over the telephone. At year end, we help them close the year and post whatever adjusting entries may be required.

Ordinarily, most clients will have the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and other government agencies call us directly when questions arise. Dealing directly with CCRA and other agencies on their behalf means that the burden is lifted from the client, and it lessens the dangers of misunderstandings arising because of miscommunication.

With the proliferation of reporting requirements and laws and regulations impacting small businesses and their owners, we find ourselves spending an ever increasing percentage of our professional time supporting our clients on a day to day basis.
